As housebuilders and developers continue to prioritise quality and reliability in their newbuild projects, Beko Appliance Partners, the contract supply division of the leading home appliance brand, is reaffirming its commitment to delivering durable, high-performance appliances that withstand the demands of modern living.

Beko’s appliances undergo rigorous stress-testing to ensure they can provide years of dependable service. From opening and closing fridge freezer doors up to 300,000 times and testing glass shelves with a 150kg weight for eight hours, to extending the loaded lower rack of dishwashers over 100,000 times, each product is meticulously evaluated to guarantee long-term performance and reliability.
Mike Beech, Beko Appliance Partners’ National Contract Specification Manager, said: “We continually strive to ensure our appliances are not only highly functional, stylish, and energy-efficient but also built to last. Delivering new homes that exceed expectations long beyond initial occupation is a collaborative effort. Our appliances have been extensively tested to surpass safety, reliability, and performance standards, and with extended guarantees available, we offer peace of mind to both developers and their customers alike.”
In addition to stringent testing, Beko is committed to extending the lifespan of its appliances and reducing electronic waste. To support this, Beko offers an optional extended parts and labour warranty package of up to five years, encouraging repairs over replacement. Furthermore, Beko’s 10-year spare parts guarantee reinforces its sustainability credentials.
For housebuilders and developers, ensuring appliances perform optimally post-installation is critical to maximising customer satisfaction and protecting their reputation. Avoiding costly callbacks due to product malfunctions is a key factor in maintaining homebuyer confidence and enhancing the overall quality perception of a development.
