Premier Forest Products acquires two new businesses

Timber products company Premier Forest Products has strengthened its business with two new acquisitions - North-East Sheets & Panels Ltd and Paul White Ironmongery, Doors, and Fixings.
North-East Sheets & Panels is a specialist manufacturer and supplier of made-to-measure doors, panels, cabinets and worktops to trade customers and retailers in the fitted kitchen, bathroom and bedroom sector. The business is based in County Durham, just a short distance away from Decorpanel, Premier Forest's northern arm.
North-East Sheets & Panels' capabilities in CNC machining and joinery complement Decorpanel's specialised panel processing, and will help Premier Forest further expand into the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom sector, in residential, commercial and public sector markets.
Meanwhile, Paul White Ironmongery, Doors, and Fixings is a specialist door manufacturer with a strong reputation for precision and quality. The business is based in Newport, just a short distance away from Premier Forest's head office, and employs 22 staff.
Paul White Ironmongery, Doors, and Fixings is known locally and nationally for its craftsmanship in manufacturing fully compliant, precision fit fire doors. The company also distributes a range of accompanying ironmongery, such as hinges and locks, further enhancing the security and functionality of its products, as well as providing a solutions-based design service for its clients.
Premier Forest Products is a vertically integrated timber operation engaged in the importation, sawmilling, processing, merchanting, and wholesale distribution of timber and timber products from its multiple sites in the UK.
