Novus PS&C team announces attendance at key industry events

Leading national contractor Novus Property Solutions, has confirmed its Public Services and Commercial team’s attendance at several key industry events this autumn, including AUDE, Education Estates and Healthcare Estates.

Novus’ dedicated Public Services and Commercial (PS&C) division recently welcomed visitors to its exhibitor stand at The Association of University Directors of Estates (AUDE) Showcase 2025 on 1^st and 2^nd September. A key recurring theme from the event was the need to rightsize university estates and make sure campus buildings are able to support students and staff effectively.

The PS&C team will be in Manchester this October visiting Education Estates on 14th and 15th, where they will be hosting a drinks reception at Hotel 47 on Tuesday 4-7pm. They’re returning the following week for Healthcare Estates on 21st and 22nd, where they are scheduled to host a networking lunch on Tuesday.

Specialising in delivering complete turnkey solutions and fast track fit outs, Novus’ PS&C division is ideally placed to support anything from bespoke one-off projects to large-scale refurbishment programmes for education settings including universities, healthcare facilities, retail spaces, hotels and student accommodation. Its portfolio of projects is diverse ranging from national multi-site hotel upgrades to a recently completed student accommodation refurbishment for Forge Development in Bristol. During a 12-week programme ahead of the start of the new summer term, the team carried out a series of upgrades across 55 studios, three cluster kitchens and 15 bedrooms as well as corridors and stairwells at two student accommodation sites.
