Flex-R wins roofing supplier of the year at Merchant Awards

Specialist flat roofing supplier, Flex-R, has won the Roofing Supplier of the Year Award at the Builders Merchants Journal Industry Awards 2025. As one of five finalists announced in this category, they were up against strong competition and leading brands in the roofing sector, which made scooping the win even more rewarding.

The event was held in London on 25 September, where the merchant industry gathered to network and celebrate the finalists from various categories. BMJ Group Managing Editor Fiona Russell Horne said: “The BMJ Industry Awards, run in partnership with the Institute of Builders Merchants, are the only merchanting awards programme where the people who work in the industry are the ones who decide the winners.
