Building products manufacturer Glidevale Protect has supplied a range of roofing and ventilation solutions to the refurbishment of a mixed-use residential scheme in Bristol. The Charlton Hayes development is a large four- and five-storey mixed-use building with an arcade of shops and businesses at ground level as well as residential dwellings on the upper storeys. Designed in a dogleg shape, its roof is situated at three different levels and has a shallow roof pitch of 17.5°.
